Helping you navigate your life's complexities so you can feel connected and understood

You've had multiple life experiences and transitions that have greatly impacted who you are today yet somehow it feels like the life you're living is that of others or is one that's expected of you. You have been masking or trying to meet your parents' definition of success and it feels like you don't have a choice.

With therapy, we can help you process your experiences in a meaningful way so you can understand yourself better and begin to reclaim your life.

In our collaborative work, you'll receive support in expressing and understanding your emotions. You can learn how to implement boundaries and sustainable coping strategies. You can appreciate your unique identity, transition through life, and work through intergenerational trauma. We help strengthen your self-awareness and access to your innate wisdom.

Hi, I'm Elda. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, and I specialize in working with

Filipino immigrants and Autistic Folx. Through individual therapy, I'll help you

gain a better understanding of yourself and your experiences, be more aware and accepting

of your emotions, and realize your capacity to make choices for yourself.

I believe that it's when people feel safe and connected, that they're able to engage in self-discovery and healing. As a therapist, I veer away from being the expert in the room who gives advice or tells you what to do. Rather, I hope to create a space that can be the catalyst of your growth and healing so you may draw empowerment and hope within yourself.

Hi, I'm Nickole. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying). As a second-generation Filipino immigrant, I openly embrace and respect the experiences that shape your identity. With a foundation rooted in compassion and empathy, my goal is to collaboratively address your concerns and help you gain a sense of self-acceptance, heal emotional wounds, and develop healthy coping strategies.

As a child of immigrants, a neurodivergent individual, or a member of a culturally diverse community, your journey is woven with unique lived experiences. While you hold the power to overcome life’s obstacles, you do not have to face these challenges alone. This is where I come alongside you, offering a nurturing and safe space to support and empower you in your growth.

How it works

  • Step 1

When you’re ready, schedule an Intake Session or a Mutual Fit Call and we’ll explore if it will be a good fit to work together.

  • Step 2

If we decide we’d like to work together, we can then reserve a weekly or bi-weekly spot specifically for you.

  • Step 3

We'll regularly meet for 50-minute sessions at our agreed-upon time and assess your progress on an ongoing basis.

  • Our services are not covered by OHIP but many extended health benefits insurance providers do cover our services, partially or in full. Because every policy is different, we strongly encourage you to check your coverage if you intend to use it. Our professional designations are:

  • We do our best to help make mental health more accessible. Please feel free to let us know if you're experiencing financial difficulties to see how we can help.

  • Elda and Nickole currently have openings for virtual therapy.

  • We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the need to cancel so that we may offer the spot to someone else and plan accordingly. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full session fee.

  • That is okay. And just like any relationship, sometimes it happens.

If we or the type of therapy doesn’t feel like a fit, we always welcome a conversation. This is your care and we will support you in transitioning to another therapist if needed.

  • When you’re ready, book a Mutual Fit Call at a time that works for you. This is a 15-minute call where we get to explore if we can help you achieve your goals.

You deserve to work with someone you feel comfortable with so feel free to ask questions about our practice, areas of expertise, therapeutic style, and anything you’d like to know so you can gauge if it feels like a good fit.
